Osborne Brothers and Cody Johnson Release Duet From New Album

Brothers Osborne and Cody Johnson have released a new duet titled 'Born and Raised Hell,' marking a second collaboration between the Texas artist and the Maryland-based duo. The song is a centerpiece of the group's fifth studio album, Watertown, which hit shelves on October 23.

The 11-track record looks back at the band's origins in Deale, Maryland. The lyrics, written by John Osborne, Lee Miller, and Kendell Marvel, focus on the specific memories and mischief of growing up in a small town. The track aims to capture the feeling of raising a little trouble without forgetting one's roots.

This partnership is not a first for the artists. Brothers Osborne previously appeared on Johnson's album Banks of the Trinity earlier this year, singing on the track 'Fool Proof.' The new release serves as a continuation of that musical bond, bringing the three performers back together for a nostalgic anthem.

A music video for the song has been released, directed by Nick Swift. The footage was shot in Nashville and adopts a vintage aesthetic. It features the three men performing in a garage, intercut with scenes that depict youthful adventures.

The song is currently available for streaming. It is scheduled to impact country radio stations on November 2, giving fans a one-week preview period before the formal radio release date.
