After 350 million streams, Falling in Reverse unites Slipknot and System of a Down frontmen

Corey Taylor and Serj Tankian have recorded their first song together, appearing on the new Falling in Reverse single "Joseph." The track is the third release from the band since 2024 and marks a major step in their strategy of high-profile guest collaborations.

The song features the three vocalists trading parts across a mix of piano-led passages, electronic beats, and heavy guitar work. In the accompanying music video directed by Jensen Noen, Taylor appears wearing his Slipknot mask during a confrontation with Ronnie Radke. Tankian performs during a more melodic section, while Radke remains the central figure in an action-heavy sequence filled with surreal imagery.

The collaboration extends the band's recent streak of working with well-known artists. "God Is a Weapon," a 2025 track featuring Marilyn Manson, has passed 350 million streams. The 2024 single "All My Life," recorded with Jelly Roll, also contributed to the album "Popular Monster," which has accumulated billions of streams.

Although Taylor previously collaborated with Falling in Reverse on the 2019 song "Drugs," this is the first time he has shared a recording with Tankian. The song takes its title from Radke's middle name. The band has not announced a new album or confirmed whether these recent standalone tracks will be included in a future project.
